45 Minute boxing circuit

Our boxing workout is suitable for all levels of fitness. It consisting of 12 stations with 3 minute rounds. You will complete a fun and full body workout in just 45 minutes. With a mix of strength training, pad work, bag work, core strengthening and a trainer to guide you along and help you with the technique in every workout. No class times means you can workout when it suits you.

Bag class

In this class, we focus on using our range, power, speed, angles, and level changes on the bag. This is a high intensity class that will not only help improve your boxing form and technique, but it is also guaranteed to make you sweat!
This class is suitable for all levels.

youth class

Our Youth Classes are designed to build fitness, strength, boxing skills, and confidence.
Suitable for those within the ages of 12 - 17 years old. This is a FREE class that runs during school term.
(Please contact us if you would like to register for this class).

Fridays during school term | 4.30pm - 5.30pm
pad class

This session focuses solely purely on pad work. Learn how to hit and hold the pads with good technique.
In this class, we build combinations that flow while focusing on weight transfer, rotation, timing, footwork, and defensive movements. We work together as a class to get better!
This class is suitable for all levels.

sparring

Sparring allows you to refine techniques, improve strategic thinking and enhance reaction time while building your mental fortitude. In this session, not only is this a challenging workout, but it will improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance.
Suitable for intermediate to experienced levels.
This is strictly a members and invite only session. You must have 16oz gloves and a mouth guard.

technical class

In this class, we take time to break down offensive and defensive techniques, focusing on our footwork and punching techniques. We work on different boxing scenarios - using partner drills, and blocks and counters to improve our boxing skills.
This class is suitable for intermediate to experienced level.
You must have 16oz gloves and a mouth guard - this class is controlled contact.

one-on-one session

A more personalised way to learn the art of boxing. Book in a 30 minute session on the pads with a boxing coach breaking down your form and technique. Not only will you learn to hold your shape and engage the right muscles, but you will also refine your movement and be physically pushed to your limits.
